Title page, "Address" and descriptive letterpress in pt. 12. Publisher's advertisements on p. [4] of covers of pts. 9-11, and inserted in pts. 8, 10 and 12. Notices to subscribers inserted in pts. 1, 2, 6, 7, and 10.
  • Imprint on covers of parts varies; pts. 1-7, 10-11: London : Longman, Rees, Orme, Brown and Green : J. and A. Arch ; Hackney : G. Cooke; pts. 8-9 give James Carpenter and Son as last London publisher. Pt. 11: Place of publiction for Cooke altered in ms. to "Barnes, Surrey."
