- First published in 1782 under title: An account of what seemed most remarkable in the five days' peregrination of the five following persons, viz. Messieurs Tothall, Scott, Hogarth, Thornhill, and Forrest.
- Includes a version in Hudibrastic verse by W. Gostling.
- This book was produced two days after the conclusion of the journey in 1732 by Hogarth, Scott, Tothall, Thornhill and Forrest but was not printed until 1782; each of the five companions had some part in it, the text being written by Forrest, the illustrations being made by Hogarth Scott. The title of the original was: An account of what seemed most remarkable in the five days' peregrination ...
