Summary

1. Rehearsal supervised by Michael Somes of the Royal Ballet. The Wednesday section of the ballet does not appear in this recording. The other six sections of the ballet are performed twice, with alternate casts appearing on cassette 2. Many of the sections are interrupted for corrections and refinement of the choreography. Artistic director Robert Joffrey addresses the cast at the end of disc 2.
