Biography
International actor-playwright, Aurelius has lived in London, Dublin, Paris and the United States. Neville Aurelius was educated at Clark College (London), and received theatrical experience with the London Negro Theatre Workshop. He co-founded the Action Theatre in Paris, 1968. Aurelius has performed in London in "Boys in the band," "The black Macbeth," and "Benito Cereno," and in Dublin in "Slow dance on the killing ground." Films abroad include "Pope Joan" and "The national health." In the United States, he has performed with the Actors Theatre of Louisville, KY; the Negro Ensemble Co.; the Hudson Guild Theatre in New York City; and the American Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford, CT. In 1984-85 he was playing the recurring role of Hank Waters in the NBC daytime drama "Search for tomorrow." Member of the Frank Silvera Writers Workshop in New York City.
