- "One of an edition of three hundred and six copies, on hand-made paper ... printed in the month of January, 1904."
- The exhibition was held December, 1902, when a first edition of the catalogue was published, differently arranged, without illustrations and without the address by Crawford. The library of which the collection forms a part is to be presented to Wellesley college by its owner, Mr. George A. Plimpton.
