Mr. Ross talks about his upcoming concert at the 92nd Street Y; the premiere of his works Untitled, Solo, and Histoire du soldat; Louis Gutman's lighting collaborations; the importance of the imagination in the creative process; and the difficulties of running a company while his dancers are also busy performing with Martha Graham's company. Tape includes musical selections from Stravinsky's Histoire du soldat. [16 min.]
  2. Mr. Englund, director of the Huntington Dance Ensemble, discusses setting up the Alabama State Ballet in Birmingham; Title III funding for arts enrichment programs in Long Island schools; and the forming of the Dance Ensemble as an outgrowth of the Title III project. [9 min.]
