  • "Four hundred and fifty-three copies of this work on Dutch hand-made paper, and ten copies on Japanese vellum, have been printed for members. Three complimentary copies have been issued for Mr. Bixby, and one each for Doctor Richard Garnett, Mrs. E.V. Lucas, Mrs. Colonel Leigh Hunt, and Mr. Bertram Lippincott." This copy on Japanese vellum.
  • Vol. I in white vellum paper boards in brown paper case, has frontispiece (portrait) in 2 states, and contains introduction (77 p.) and facsimiles of 21 letters, etc., with notes by Dr. Garnett. Vols. 2-5 are in brown paper boards and contain the printed letters.
