• The original h.-t. and t.-p. seem to have been cancelled. The original h.-t. was conjunct with xi of preface, the original t.-p. with ix of preface. In copy 1 only the original t.-p.s. are discarded and the new h.-t. signed "a" and t.-p. (conjunct) are inserted in reversed order. The verso of the original h.-t. reads: Whiting and Branston, Printers; the verso of the substitute h.-t. reads: Whiting, Printer. Branston died on 12 Feb. 1827.
