Summary
Documentation of a two-day forum held by and for dancers in order to address shared artistic and economic issues and concerns. In addition to the group sessions that appear on this recording, the participants also met in smaller groups or breakout sessions that were not recorded; the discussions in these sessions are summarized by the facilitators.

Topics include defining who is a dancer, the economic problems of working in a company (e.g., achieving fair compensation and good working conditions), the artistic problems of collaborating with a choreographer, the need for better communication between dancers and choreographers, management, and the general community.
