Ms. Cheremeteff discusses beginning dance classes at age 5; performing at age 7 while going to school; directing a 45-member company at age 15; missing out on her childhood; rejecting a Paris Opéra scholarship because of family obligations; performing Cossack equestrian trick riding in Australia; teaching riding tricks to men in the Calgary stampede; her marriage to a Russian count; riding while eight months pregnant and returning to it three days after giving birth; preferring the world of the circus to that of the theater; moving to Canada and starting a school in 1956; and the types of students that she teaches there.

Mr. Cooper discusses starting his life in the theater at an early age; dancing and choreographing in Hollywood musicals; becoming an administrative assistant to the Hawaiian police department; moving to Europe after working in television; meeting Regina Cheremeteff in Finland; assisting her at her Calgary Ballet School; and the school's 30th anniversary performance on May 10th.
