- Female dancer in black leotard and tights, red cap, red cuff on left wrist, short white skirt and scarf both with black music notation design.
- Costume worn by Mary Ellen Moylan for presumably the only performance of Balanchine's Pas de trois for piano and two dancers, at a May 10, 1942 fund-raising concert for Russian War Relief at the Alvin Theatre. The dance was presented by Lincoln Kirstein, music by Theodore Chanler. Nicholas Magallanes danced with Mary Ellen Moylan.
