Performers Terry Creach, Sean Curran, and Branislav Tomich discuss various aspects of their careers: how they got interested in dance, the dance qualities that appeal most strongly to them, their feelings about performing, their sources of inspiration, and other topics. Curran describes Irish step dancing, which he initially studied. Each guest is seen in performance excerpts: Tomich in a piece designed especially for Eye on dance, Creach with Stephen Koester in A gentleman's agreement (choreographed by Ruby Shang) and Shadow (choreographed by Ted Rotante), and Curran with other members of Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane & Company in Secret pastures (choreographed by Jones and Zane).
