Note

Compilation of two recordings of the ballet. The first (approx. 30 min.) was videotaped in performance in the Paramount Theater, Oakland, California, on April 5, 1980. The second (approx. 27 min.) was videotaped in the studio, in rehearsal clothes, date unknown. In the studio footage, the first, second, and fourth movements of the ballet have been shot from the stage left side. A few minutes are missing from the endings of the second and third movements.
