Choreography: Erick Hawkins. Music: Claude Debussy (Syrinx), Maurice Ohana (Four improvisations), Edgard Varèse (Density 21.5), Alan Hovhaness (Sonata, Op. 118), Yorisune Matsudaira (Somaksah), André Jolivet (Five incantations). Sculpture: Ralph Dorazio. Costumes: Raya and Tad Taggart.
Danced by members of the Erick Hawkins Dance Company. Cast: i, nymph of the grass of meadows: Cathy Ward; ii, gymnopaidia and strophe of gift bringers: Douglas Andresen, with Cynthia Reynolds, Cori Terry, and Jana Steele; iii, plato's 2 are halves of 1: Ward and Rand Howard; iv, year daimon: Erick Hawkins; v, choros of the daughters of Okeanos: Reynolds, Steele, Terry, and Ward; vi, satyr play: Hawkins and Howard. Tape ends shortly after opening of section vi.
