  • Videotaped in dress rehearsal for the Jerome Robbins Archive at Zellerbach Auditorium, University of California, Berkeley, on October 25, 1990, by Jay Millard, with the assistance of grants from the New York State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
  • Choreography: Bronislava Nijinska, staged by Irina Nijinska and Howard Sayette. Music: Francis Poulenc. Scenery/costumes: John C. Gilkerson, after the original designs by Marie Laurencin. Lighting: Robert Klemm.
