- Summary
- Country and western dances taught and demonstrated by Jim Forest and Polly Vizena. Forest teaches the three step, two step, country swing, country waltz, shuffle, cotton eyed Joe, schottische, and ten step. Vizena teaches seven country line dances (four corners, slapping leather, sunflower, cowboy boogie, flying eight, Texas twist, armadillo) and basic clogging steps. Discography included at end of tape.
