Documentary on the life and career of Bronislava Nijinska, including her years as dancer and choreographer for Dyagilev's Ballets Russes, the influence of her brother Vaslav Nijinsky, the formation of her own companies, her work as a freelance choreographer, and the revivals of her ballets. Includes commentaries by her daughter Irina Nijinska-Raetz, Frederic Franklin, Sir Frederick Ashton, Anna Kisselgoff, Dame Alicia Markova, Alexandra Danilova, Ninette de Valois, Lydia Sokolova, Sir Anton Dolin, Ronn Guidi, and Nancy van Norman Baer.
