Summary
Work-in-progress, incorporating tap dancing, spoken text, and clips from the film "Traveling," created by Bufalino in 1974. During the work, Bufalino plays the following tunes with her feet, a cappella: Opening section: "Listen to the mocking bird," "Lullaby of the leaves"; Woodpecker tunes: "Yardbird suite," "Pink ice"; Pigeon tunes: "Minuet from Morton Gould's Tap concerto," "Lady bird," "Robin's nest," "Soul bird"; and Blackbird tune: "Bye bye blackbird."
