- Summary
- A documentary on Canadian ballerina, Karen Kain. She discusses her career, the National Ballet of Canada, working with Roland Petit and the Ballets de Marseille, and various roles she performs. Segments of Roland Petit's Carmen are seen in performance and rehearsal as well as brief excerpts from the Romeo and Juliet love duet and the Corsair pas de deux. Her partners are Frank Augustyn, Rudy Bryans, and Denys Ganio. Interviews with choreographer Roland Petit and manager David Haber are also included.
