  • Costume for Juliet in Antony Tudor's ballet Romeo and Juliet, first performed by Ballet Theatre, April 1943. Penciled notation on reverse: Markova. Depicts a female figure, full length to right, on left demi-pointe, right leg back.
  • Wearing gown in the style of the Italian Rennaissance: chemise, ankle-length overdress gathered once beneath high-waisted bodice, thin scarves attached to shoulders; jeweled collar, arm bands and bracelets.
