1. Marie Taglioni in the act II costume for Filippo Taglioni's ballet La fille du Danube, premiered at the Paris Opéra, Sept. 21, 1836. Position of the body identical with that in the La bayadère print by Nathaniel Currier and Napoleon Sarony, published in New York, ca. 1845, *MGZFB Tag M Die 4.
