Les Schoof, general manager of American Ballet Theatre, discusses the financial and insurance aspects of coping with AIDS in a dance company. Margo Donaldson of the Miller Health Care Institute suggests ways to provide counseling for employees with AIDS. Dunning makes closing remarks regarding AIDS education and the formation of company policy. Questions and answers follow.
