- Mr. Callahan, tap and variety dancer then appearing in the musical comedy Two's company, discusses his training and the importance of personal style in commercial dancing; the importance of performing experience; working with Jerome Robbins, choreographer, on Callahan's role in Two's company; the use of ballet technique in tap dancing; variety dancers compared to ballet dancers; the particular problems of performing in the commercial theater; the film medium and tap dancing; the different problems involved in tap dancing on television and before a live audience; the dances to be demonstrated for the audience.
