- Summary
- Martha Graham discusses the dancer's unremitting work in the studio to prepare a performance. Members of the Martha Graham Company execute exercises and phrases from Graham technique going on to perform small group studies, duets, and solos. The piano accompaniment is heard interspersed with Graham's commentary on the dancer's technical and artistic development.
