- "This first edition of 'Keeping going' has been produced for William B. Ewert, Publisher. It is limited to 250 copies which were designed by Gino Lee, set in Janson type, and printed by hand in the Spring of 1993 at The Bow & Arrow Press, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Fifty roman-numeraled porfolios contain original etchings by Dmitri Hadzi, editioned by Anne Beresford. Each of these copies is printed on Arches Cover and laid into a cloth-covered box. The remaining 200 copies are printed on Mohawk Superfine paper and contain reproductions of the illustrations which were scanned digitally at the Bow & Arrow Press, and printed by photo-offset at The Office of the University Publisher. These volumes are hand-sewn, with copies numbered 1-50 specially cased in boards and copies 51-200 bound in wrappers. The boxes and bindings were executed by Sarah Creighton, Easthampton, Massachusetts. All copies of this edition have been signed by the author, the artist, and the printer."--Colophon
