Biography
Fannia M. Cohn (ca. 1885-1962) was a labor official and educator. She emigrated to the U.S. from Russia in 1904 and served as vice president of the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union (ILGWU) from 1916 to 1925 and as executive secretary of the union's Educational Department from 1918 to 1962. She was active in various labor, education and Jewish organizations.
