"An edition of 250 copies has been printed and signed by the author"--T.p. verso.
"This book has been printed in two editions. The first was printed by Whitney McDermut at his Dolphin Press as a deluxe edition on Mohawk Superfine paper, from type on a hand cylinder press and are numbered 1-100. The 'pattern' printed cover was specially done for this edition by John DePol. The typeface is Caledonia. Also laid into the first 100 is a restrike of Macdonald's bookplate number 70. The second edition, numbered 101-250, was printed offset by Cordes Printing, Inc. Binding by LoGatto Bindery"--Colophon.
