The NEGRO WORLD DIGEST condensed the best in writings by or about blacks, reflecting the life, thought, and achievement of blacks worldwide. The Digest featured such writers as Zora Neale Hurston, James Weldon Johnson, Ralph Ellison, and Sterling Brown, and represented a variety of African, British and American publications.
