- Fedor Batkin, a social revolutionary, gifted orator, participated in many government and social revolutionary meetings in Petrograd and Moscow. He was supporters of Kornilov and Kolchak and during the Civil War took an active role in South Russia with the White Army against the Bolsheviks.
