  • The 1st disc contains a documentary on the life and music of Pierre Mercure prepared by Lyse Richer and read by Renée Larochelle and Jean Deschamps. The remaining discs contain musical works.
  • The 1st, 7th & 14th musical works are for orchestra; the 2nd work is for chamber orchestra; the 3rd work is a song for choir with chamber orchestra; the 4th work is a song cycle for tenor and piano; the 5th work is a cantata for soprano, choir and orchestra; the 6th work is for string quartet and string orchestra; the 8th, 9th, 12th & 13th works are electronic music; the 10th work is for narrator, singing and speaking choirs, and instrumental ensembles; the 11th work is a ballet score for orchestra and electronics; the 15th work is a film score; the 16th work is score for unspecified instruments performed here in two versions: 1) flute and 2) wind quintet.
