Views of Cape Cod: interior view of Centerville with a map of the Holy Land visible on the wall above the lectern; a street view of Falmouth showing homes, other buildings; view of the ribs of the ship Sparrow-hawk, stranded and buried in 1626 and unearthed near Orleans in 1863 (photographer's shadow visible in view); Sandwich: general and street views showing the lake, children on School street, Main St. from the Unitarian Church, from Central House, Javes St., the C.C. Church, the town house; Yarmouth Camp ground including M. H. Swift's cottage, a couple and child in front of a tent, a group of men posing at the preacher's stand; a group of shingled homes on a rise above the beach; Woods Hole: the "Monohanset" at the steamboat landing, boats in the harbor, homes, yards in foreground; ice scenes from the winter of 1875, including men on the decks of ships, ice covering the rigging, beached ships, ships caught in the ice, the fishing fleet under sail off Long Point, ice heaped in the foreground, ice bergs in front of a lighthouse; men on board of mast-less shipwreck; the Point lighthouse and the Highland light; blackfish: in the water, beached, on shore with boats beyond, men standing next to; mackerel heaped on bed of seaweed; fishermen carrying catch up the beach with wheelbarrows; view of a collage of stereo-halves of Cape Cod scenery; a yard with pine trees and a rustic bench.
