Noyes & Co. store; a bridge at Beloit; shiny new railroad car wheels at roundhouse, Ellis; C.H. Price's home, Emporia; street view showing hotel, dry goods store, bakery at Garnett; Sherman cattle ranch, Geneseo; general view of Great Bend showing wind mill, implement store, homes, other buildings; Leavenworth; general view of business district with river beyond; looking S.W. from courthouse at residences, the courthouse, Missouri Valley Life Insurance building, a home surrounded by a picket fence; cattle feeding from a trough, Manhattan; Salina: street views, view of mason laying bricks on National Hotel; Cheyenne Indians pictured with the sheriff of Dodge City (? handwritten caption says Dodge County, but Kansas has no Dodge Co., Indians were tried in Ford Co., of which Dodge City is the Co. seat): they were captured after leaving the Indian territory and making raids while crossing Kansas heading for Nebraska.
