Summary

1. General views of San Francisco; includes street and harbor scenes; views of homes, including gardens; buisnesses, churches; the bay, Alcatraz Island ships moored alon g the waterfront and steamboats plying the watres of the bay. Some views made from the homes of Bishop Kip, and Charles Crocker and the grounds of Leland Stanford's home. One view is taken on July 4th 1862, many American flags flying above businesses.
