2. Printed on one side of a strip formed from 7 joined sheets, folded accordion style and attached at its ends to separate boards.
3. Illustrations consist of etchings with aquatint (b&w), printed as a continuous image running along the top of the text (p. [3-22]), revealed in different aspects as the accordion folds are opened out. Total image size: 6 x 326 cm. Plate mark visible at top and bottom only. Pulled by Marjorie Van Dyke, assisted by Zahra Partovi, at Bob Blackburn's Printmaking Workshop.
4. Binding: Publisher's black cloth with white paper label, by Gérard Charrière and Zahra Partovi. Issued in a red Japanese Momigami paper covered portfolio.
