3. Binding: Publisher's handmade off-white Dieu Donné stiff paper, hand sewn and bound by Kim O'Donnell. Issued in a beige cloth case (69 x 35 cm.).
4. 75 copies designed by Benjamin Shiff and printed at Wild Carrot Letterpress, Hadley, Mass., on double leaves of Twinrocker paper, handmade for this edition, from Futura type.
