- Program advising African American youth on what they need to do to succeed. Prominent, successful African Americans in the fields of medicine, business, entertainment and science offer their ideas on what it takes to succeed and an in-studio panel of achievers tell their story and answer questions from teens in the audience. Panel members are Benjamin C. Duster (Solomon Bros.), Jeffrey A. Huart (United Federation of Teachers), Dr. Iris L. Davis (NY Hospital Cornell Medical Center), Leland Hardy (Bear Sterns), Monique Reid Berryhill (Worldvision Enterprises) and filmmaker Reginald Hudlin.
