Includes holographs in pencil and ink, many signed (some photocopies); and published music (various publishers).
Includes sheet music for popular songs; musical sketches; scores and some parts for concert works; arrangements; excerpts from film scores, including Under Your Spell, The Great Ziegfeld, Magnificent Brute, and The Vicious Years; and complete film scores for the movies: Casanova Brown, Belle of the Yukon, The Woman in the Window, It's a Pleasure, and Along Came Jones. There is one item by Dimitri Tiomkin, probably arranged by Lange. Much of the music is contained in bound volumes and portfolios entitled "Alpha to Omega". Some film score excerpts were composed in collaboration with other composers, chiefly Charles Maxwell.
