  • Originally created by the editors of Time magazine, the March of time radio program was broadcast with various frequency and sponsors from 1931 until 1945. The first broadcast was in March, 1931, and was a half-hour program which aired on Friday evenings at 8:30 p.m. From March 1935 on, the program was cut to 15 minutes, and was broadcast five times a week.
