  • Binding: Olive morocco with onlays of many colors, gilt and blind tooled, with a pictorial design, by C. Philip Smith, 1964. On the front cover, "the central figure represents 'Conscience' which separates the coarse from the fine"--Binder's autograph statement, laid in. Commissioned by the Spencer Collection.
  • Binding: Black morocco spine, gilt, with vellum-covered wooden boards, ruled in black India ink and tooled in gold, in a truncated lozenge design. By Sydney M. Cockerell, Elizabeth Cockerell and Joan Rix Tebbutt, 1963 (with their joint mongram on back turn-in). In brown cloth solander case with black morocco spine label; interior of dark green velvet.
