Bill Harris reports on the Humphrey-Hawkins Full Employment bill, the need for Affirmative Action programs, the impact of California's Proposition 13 and the state of black owned businesses, through interviews with prominent politicians, both black and white. Those commenting include, Parren Mitchell, Howard Metzenbaum, John Glenn, President Jimmy Carter and Benjamin Hooks.
