Illustrations: 12 full-page and 27 smaller etchings (some with aquatint and drypoint) in the text, with 6 repeated, numbered and signed by the artist, in portfolio; printed by Piet Clement, Amsterdam. The original plates were defaced after printing.
Binding, publisher's, by Rudolf Rieser, Cologne, of royal blue leather; text volume and portfolio enclosed in a slipcase of the same.
