Evil is everywhere — from small towns, where it lurks in the hearts of the seemingly harmless, to huge cities, where it rubs shoulders with metropolitan glamour and glitz.  These mystery writers will talk about the varied settings in which they find evil — from the small towns and large cities of our own tri-state region to such exotic locales as 17th-century Japan.
