Print Direct from Your Personal Device at Select NYPL Branches

You can now select documents to print direct from your personal device or by emailing us at select branches of The New York Public Library.

By using our simple web portal or sending emails and attachments to a dedicated email address, it’s now easier than ever to print at the Library! Note: Starting August 20, mobile printing will have a new look! You’ll now be able to preview the print layout of your documents, see the total cost of your print job, and more.

The fee to print from your personal device is $0.20 per page (black and white), payable in person by cash or credit card. Only paper provided by the Library can be used. Documents sent for printing will remain available for up to two hours after they have been submitted.

Please note: If you submit your print job via the Princh web portal, you will need to enter an email address. This email address will be used only to identify your print jobs; NYPL will not use this email address for any other reason and no confirmation email will be sent. If you submit your print job via the direct email option, you will receive a confirmation email—but nothing more.
