Join us this Pride Month for a four-week creative workshop series that invites participants to explore identity, self-expression, and community through the lens of queer art. Defying Norms is open to anyone interested in challenging traditional artistic techniques and embracing nonconventional approaches to self-portraiture. Through hands-on art-making, reflective discussions, and experimental practices, participants will create self-portraits that defy expectations and celebrate complexity. Whether you identify as LGBTQ+ or are simply curious about queering your creative process, this series offers a supportive space to express your most authentic self and connect with others through art.

All materials will be provided.  Attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged. Registration is required. Walkups will be permitted if space accommodates.
