Book discussion program will take place in-person at the Tottenville Library. No registration is required. 
 

Synopsis:
Following in the footsteps of her brother, 20-year-old Frances McGrath enlists in the Army Nurse Corps and is quickly overcome by the chaos and devastation of the Vietnam War. But the real battle begins when she returns home and is confronted by the traumas of war that have not only impacted her life but those around her.

  • Book: Place a hold on the item and designate one of our 92 locations for the next available copy to be sent to. You will be notified when it is available for pick up.

Note: Tottenville Library will have a limited number of physical copies available for check-out. Please ask library staff at the service desk for a copy of the book.  First come, first served.
