Online: Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series: Falls Prevention 101
This event is online only.
Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series continues with a topic that is relevant to everyone:
Falls Prevention 101
More than 1 in 3 people 65 years or older fall each year. The risk of falling, and subsequently fall-related problems, rises with age.
Do not let the fear of falling keep you from living an active, independent life. Join us for a seminar on how to
prevent falls, including a discussion of practical, effective tools to avoid, reduce and manage falling during the Weill Cornell Medicine Wellness Series at the Webster Library.
