Early Literacy: Family Storytime: African-American History and Heritage

For children, ages 18 to 36 months, ages 3 to 5 years, ages 5 to 12 years, children

Come join on the kid's rug for a storytime for the family!  We'll read some stories, make friends, sing, dance, and perhaps make a craft. This month, in celebration of Black History Month.  our Tuesday storytime will focus on aspects of African-American heritage. We will enjoy stories with themes such as amazing acheivements, African-American authors and illustrators, honoring the past and loving the skin you're in!
