SoHo in Transition is a three - part series concerning the SoHo Neighborhood. Each session will highlight a different part of SoHo’s history, and the issues that affect it today.  The aim of these conversations is to create a greater understanding of SoHo’s Past, Present, and Future and engage dialogue that creates a greater connection among old and new residents.

 

A Conversation on the Past

Monday, October 23rd 2017  

6:00-8:00 pm

This discussion will feature the SoHo Memory Project and will focus on ways to preserve SoHo’s rich history and how we can use this history to make informed decisions about its future.

 

A Conversation on the Present

Monday, November 6th 2017

6:00 -8:00 pm

This discussion will feature the Bowery Mission and will focus on the critical issue of homelessness and what the Neighborhood can do to help this organization.

 

A Conversation on the Future

Monday, December 18th 2017

6:00 – 8:00 pm

This discussion will feature the SoHo Broadway Initiative. They will focus on the future of SoHo as a shopping and business hub and how the local community can offer guidance as the Neighborhood continues to evolve.
