Modern Art & Ideas, MOOC Meet-up #1

Hello New Yorker Learners!

We are happy to announce a series of Modern Art & Ideas learner meetups for anyone in or around the New York City area. The meetups, for participants in the Coursera massive open online course Modern Art & Ideas, will take place every other Saturday from 12:00-2:00 pm, beginning October 29, 2016.

They will be held at the 53rd Street Library, across the street from The Museum of Modern Art and within walking distance of a variety of public transportation options. Staff at the Library’s front desk will direct you to the area designated for the meetup upon arrival.

We have made arrangements for meetup participants to each receive a pass to MoMA if you wish to continue the conversation in MoMA’s galleries. And if you’re from another location and are visiting New York during one of the meetups, feel free to stop by!
