Michelle Berney is an Outreach and Benefits Consultant at HIICAP, where she works with the incredible group of HIICAP volunteer counselors, shares updated information on Medicare and its related programs with volunteers and community partners, and presents on Medicare to seniors and health care professionals.  Prior to joining HIICAP in 2007, Michelle worked at the Community Service Society as Project Director of the Advocacy, Counseling and Entitlement Services Project.  She received her BA from Brandeis University and her MPA from NYU's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
